About the Job
Resonance Capital Podiatry Centre has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and inspired podiatrist to join our team.
Capital Podiatry Centre offers comprehensive biomechanical assessment and treatment, general podiatry services, and is home to Wellington’s first medical-grade pedicure. You’ll be working in beautifully fitted-out, modern clinical rooms in the heart of Wellington CBD, located on lively Lambton Quay — an ideal setup for someone who wants to live and work in the city. Our clinic is supported by an expert podiatric reception and administration team, two experienced podiatrists, and a clinical assistant. We also maintain strong collaborative relationships with sports physicians, physiotherapists, and orthopaedic surgeons.
We’re looking for a podiatrist who enjoys working with biomechanical patients or is motivated to further develop strong biomechanics expertise. The successful applicant will be eager to learn, committed to clinical excellence, and excited about growing their podiatric skills, clinical reasoning, and patient management. You’ll thrive in a collaborative team environment that actively supports learning, development, and professional fulfilment.
Our ideal podiatrist will:
Be passionate and engaged with their profession
Show initiative in a dynamic, evolving workplace
Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and strong clinical judgement
Love building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients
Lead by example and bring a role-model mindset
Embrace self-reflection and a learning mindset — viewing challenges as opportunities to grow and setbacks as stepping stones to future success
Bring collaboration, openness, warmth, and enthusiasm to the team
Have genuine heart and truly care about their patients and colleagues
At Resonance, we value self-development as a team and are committed to creating a workplace that is meaningful, supportive, fun, and rewarding. We believe this mindset is what makes the work enjoyable and why we genuinely love working together.
What we offer:
The opportunity to develop your skills across a range of podiatric specialities, with a strong focus on biomechanics and leading technologies
Ongoing mentoring and professional support
The ability to grow and develop your own client base
True work–life balance, with flexibility to tailor your hours to a schedule that suits you best
Access to full gym equipment for personal use
PNZ membership covered and a contribution toward your APC
The opportunity to be part of a wider network of podiatry clinics
A positive, engaging, hardworking, and genuinely fun team culture
And of course, you’ll be living and working in Wellington — a vibrant city known for its café culture, waterfront lifestyle, walkability, and creative energy, all right on your doorstep.
