Podiatry Place is a modern footcare clinic in Nelson focused on delivering expert treatment, patient education, and professional care. We’re seeking a practical, motivated Foot Therapist / Laser Technician to join our team part-time, with flexible hours and potential to transition to full-time.

About the Role

You will support day-to-day clinical operations while independently running multiple footcare and low-level laser therapy clinics each week. This hands-on role includes assisting with diabetic foot assessments, orthotic fittings, footwear advice, sterilisation, stock management, and patient education.

Training provided — Training for your role will be provided and funded.

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in healthcare, aged care, nail/beauty therapy, or sports/fitness advantageous but not essential

• Task-focused, organised, and able to follow protocols

• Professional caring communication

• Tech confidence

• Reliable, independent, and team-oriented

• Commitment to ongoing study and skill development

• Legal right to work in New Zealand

• Desire to learn/grow/improve

• Ability to work under pressure

• Organisational and time management skills

• Excellent attention to detail
