Podiatrist Position – With our Integrated Healthcare Team in Queenstown

Georgina Read Podiatry is a well-established and respected practice located in the heart of Queenstown, New Zealand. We’ve recently moved into The Mill – a purpose-built, world-class performance, recovery, and integrated healthcare facility.

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Podiatrist to join our growing team of like-minded professionals. This is a unique opportunity to work in a truly collaborative and cutting-edge environment, alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes:

• Physiotherapists

• Massage therapists

• Musculoskeletal specialist

• Integrated GP

• Medical nutritionist

• DEXA scan services

About the Role

Full time – Negotiable

We’re looking for someone with:

• A current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with a focus or interest in sports and musculoskeletal podiatry

• A passion for evidence-based practice

• The ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive podiatric assessment and diagnosis

• Development and implementation of personalised treatment plans

• Biomechanical assessments

• Sports injury management, return to sport and exercise prescription understand. Along with understand of referrals to in house S & C coaches.

• Orthotic and footwear prescription

• Minor surgical procedures (e.g., nail and verrucae surgery)

• General foot care

• 2–3 hours/week at a specialised footwear store

• Attendance of professional development sessions
