Paediatric Podiatry Workshop - Wellington

A full day workshop on paediatric podiatry, during which Caron Orelowitz will cover, paediatric ages and stages, development of systems, toe walking, conditions, EDS and end with case discussion. The workshop will be broken into both group work / discussion and presentation, followed by activities at end.

Following this course and to build on your knowledge, PodiatryNZ will hold a practical / hands-on session early next year, although not compulsory, it is recommended that this session is attended ahead of that.

Both of these workshops will be a pre-cursor and way to kick off a Paediatric Podiatry Accreditation (much like the Sports Podiatry Accreditation) and these will count towards that.

For those who attended the paediatric workshop at the conference in 2023, this workshop will only briefly touch on the content covered there.

No pass or fail tests, this workshop is designed to be a stepping stone to have better understanding of paediatric podiatry, with mid-level content appropriate for both graduates and more experienced podiatrists.
