Christchurch Careers Expo Terms & Conditions 

•    Employees of Podiatry New Zealand Incorporated (the Organisers/the Promoter) and, immediate family members thereof, and employees of the agencies involved will not be permitted to participate in this contest.
•    Entrants must be 16 years of age or older. If the Winner is under the age of 18 years their parent or legal guardian must give written consent to award the Prize.
•    Entrants must be in attendance at the Christchurch Careers Expo on 9 May 2024 or 10 May 2024. 
•    Entries must be made no later than 3PM, Friday 10 May 2024. 
•    Entrants agree to be contacted by the Organisers/the Promoter to hear more about the Podiatry profession via email.  
•    The Organisers will contact the winners via email to arrange for prize delivery after the promotion is over and the winners have been determined. If the winners do not contact or reply within two working days, the Organisers have the right to choose the next available winners without any prize replacement to the original winners.
•    The Organisers reserve the right to disqualify all entries that are deemed to be inappropriate or offensive to other users. The Organisers reserve the right to withdraw the competition or amend dates if required. The Organisers reserve the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an entrant, claiming to be a winner or qualifier, is unable to satisfy the terms or has breached the terms.
•    The organisers will draw the winners at random.
•    Winners names may be published on the Organisers website and via social media channels.
•    The prize consists of 1x $200 Prezzy Card and cannot be exchanged for cash.
•    This competition is run by Podiatry New Zealand who may be contacted at contact@podnz.org
•    As a condition of participating in a promotion, the winner indemnifies the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with that promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which the Promoter may incur arising out of the winner’s participation in the promotion and/or participation in a prize, howsoever caused.
•    The Organisers has no responsibility to accept late, lost or misdirected entries.
•    The entrant acknowledges and agrees that if the Prize or Promotion Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Organisers reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
