PodNZ Members - COVID Update

Given the fluid nature of the COVID 19 in the health sector space, PodiatryNZ have engaged our own legal adviser to help us through.  Jane Meares  has an extensive range of advisory experience in both the public sector and the corporate world. 

She has been a legal advisor to PodiatryNZ since 2013 and holds a number of key community & governance roles.  Shis is currently: 

• Chair and Chief Commissioner of the Transport Accident Investigation Commission, a standing commission of inquiry and an independent Crown entity
• Chair of Financial Services Complaints Limited, an approved financial disputes resolution provider under the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008
• Deputy Chair of the Electoral Commission, an independent Crown entity
