Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre, is the world-class purpose-build venue for the Podiatry New Zealand Conference. Centrally located in the city (within easy walking distance to accommodation options), opening to the river on one side and a central city park, there is plenty to do outside of the conference venue, but still appreciate the connection with nature.

We are planning an informative programme. To assist with your planning and booking your travel, a brief outline of each day is below:
Thursday 12 October - Registration open from 3.00pm - 6.00pm
Friday 13 October - Full day conferencing with Conference Dinner in the evening
Saturday 14 October - Full day conferencing, concluding at the end of the day.

Do you cater for special diets?
The venue caters for special dietary requirements. Please ensure when you register that you note your requirements in the special dietary requirements box.
Do I need to book my own accommodation?
Yes, all accommodation requirements are to be booked by the delegates themselves.
What is the dress code for the conference?
Dress comfortably and wear shoes that are good for walking. Due to the size of the Convention Centre, the rooms are usually quite spread out.
Will there be free wifi at the Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre?
Yes, free wifi is available within the venue.
How can I see a list of who is attending?
Networking with other conference delegates is available through the conference app which will be open to all registered attendees approximately one week prior to the start of the conference. From the app you will have access to a list of registered attendees who have opted into the networking platform. The delegate list is searchable by a number of different criteria.
There is no onsite car park at Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre. There are many car parks within easy walking distance. View Wilson’s or Christchurch City Council carparking for more details.
What is included in the full registration fee?
Attendance to all plenary, concurrent sessions, trade exhibition and day catering for Friday 13 and Saturday 14 October (morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea), conference dinner ticket, networking and learning!
How do I pay for my registration fee?
You can pay by credit card (MasterCard or Visa).
Can I share my registration?
Shared registrations are not permitted.
Can registrations be cancelled or transferred?
Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $100.00 will be made providing notification is received by 25 August 2023. after this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
Is a group discount available?
No discounts apply to early-bird registration pricing.
Can I purchase extra tickets to the Conference Dinner?
Yes, just select the number of tickets you require when you are completing your registration or if you decide to add some in at a later date you can email email@example.com
Can I register in person at the conference?
Yes, registrations are accepted onsite, however, we encourage you to register early to receive valuable conference information, and it allows us to account for accurate numbers in catering.
How will I know I’m registered?
You will receive an email (to the email address you provided) saying you are registered and a link back to your registration details.
How do I get a tax receipt?
At the end of the registration process, you will be emailed a confirmation letter that will also have your tax receipt attached for your records.
